On 15 October, the Hu-Volution project partner organisations held their closing event attended by more than 90 people, including representatives of the university system, student associations, designers and habitat professionals from Spain, Slovakia, Italy, Germany and beyond!

The main objective of the project was contributing to the improvement of higher education (HE) through the promotion of the principles of the New European Bauhaus (NEB) among habitat designers. The project is an opportunity to bring added value to society by preparing future professionals to design more beautiful, sustainable and inclusive spaces, while promoting lifelong learning of green skills through the use of digital educational approaches.

Thus, the partnership members presented the various project results, including:

    • A ‘competence map’ and Joint Curriculum for the preparation of the NEB and Society 5.0 on habitat design.
    • HU-VOLUTION training resources and practical exercises adapted to the EQF.
    • HU-VOLUTION electronic training platform, freely available, where students will carry out the training and can obtain micro-credentials.

Also, before the very end of the October it will be provided to the public a guide for the implementation of HU-VOLUTION results by higher education institutions, based on a training test experience carried out within the project.
